What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and American Express. The other payment methods we offer are presented in the checkout.

Why was my credit/debit card declined at checkout?

If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.

Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.

How do I get free shipping?

We are pleased to offer free shipping in the EU and UK for all orders over 150€

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we operate globally and ship worldwide to all major destinations.

Did my order go through?

If your order was successful you should receive an order confirmation email that contains the order number. If not, your payment was not successful. This could be for a number of reasons including that your ZIP code did not match the one associated with your credit card. In order to solve this, edit your billing address to match the one associated with your credit card.

If you are unsure why your payment will not go through please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Where do you ship your products from?

All orders placed on our website are shipped from our central warehouse in Stockholm (Sweden).

When can I expect to receive my order?

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours. Usually if you place your order before 12.00 p.m CET we will ship it the same day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

NOTE: Our business days are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, or after 12pm CET, the order will be processed on the next business day.

How long is the shipping time?

The average arrival time is 2-3 working days within Sweden, 3-5 working days in the EU and UK. then 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. An order can, however,on a very rare occasion, take slightly longer, but is mainly dependent on your locationand postal service. You can track your order using the tracking ID you received in your order confirmation email.

I did not receive my order, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service within 20 days* from the date the order was placed.

*After this period of time, we are not able to claim any lost orders.

Do you have women clothing?

All of our clothing are unisex.

Are your clothes true to size?

We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure, we recommend you select your usual size. If you are between a size, we would suggest choosing the smaller size of the two. If you want to ask the experts, our Customer Care team should be able to help you. Please email support@newkindco.com

I don't know what size to choose?

If you are unsure of which size to order please see size charts attached to each product page. If you are still unsure, you can contact us and we will do our best to help recommend a size. (All masks are one size / Adult size) 

When will you restock?

This is one of our most asked questions - If you've got your eye on an item you can sign up to be notified when it's back in stock. Click on the size you would like within the product page and click the 'Notify Me When Available button. We'll email you as soon as the size and product you've selected is restocked.


NOTE - we make limited quantities for every style and only occasionally restock products, so if there's something you love we recommend snapping it up before it's too late. We also recommend signing up for our newsletter where we let our subscribers know first hand about our latest drops and restocks.

Can I return my order?

We want to provide our customers the best shopping experience possible! We offer returns on items that meet the conditions outlined on our Return Policy. For sale items and orders placed using promo-codes, Unfortunatelywe do not offer returns.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to support@newkindco.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled.

Security for card payments?

We process all card payments through a third party payment system and therefore we do not see or hold any of your payment information. except your name, email and your delivery address

My order is been damaged is transit?

If your item has been damaged in transit we kindly ask you to contact us within 14 days from receiving your item and we will resolve the issue for you.

My order has been canceled! How come?

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us by email at support@newkindco.com for a recommendation.

What's the after care for Newkind products?

We recommend washing all products on a cool wash, and allow to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
